Made from Schock Cristadur. Totally smooth to the touch yet super tough, you can cut and chop on this surface. Cristadur is impervious to staining agents, from foodstuffs to inks. Dirt cannot adhere to the surface and a simple wipe down with a damp cloth will keep it looking like new. Water safe draining area. The colander shown is an optional extra which fits across the main bowl (or small bowl of the 1.5 bowl model). Basket strainer waste included.
